PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bingo game type point card by which a customer can freely select a store visit day, know an advertisement or the like about a store bargain day and can make a store visit plan by himself so that preparing time and preparing cost in those who preparer can be reduces greatly and mistakes in the preparation are hardly generated.SOLUTION: The bingo game type point card comprises: a card main body 2; bingo parts 5a and 5b in which spaces 4 for giving a non-specification mark to be given a confirming mark 3 are arrayed in three longitudinal and three horizontal rows; and a calendar part 8 provided in the card main body 2. The spaces 4 for giving a non-specification mark are spaces for given marks which allow a customer to give the confirming marks on positions (the spaces 4 for giving non-specification), to which the customer points, that have no specification notation such as visit-day specification notation for a customer to specify a visit day and commodity specification notation for the customer to specify a commodity purchased.
