The present specification relates to a method for preparing particles of polylactic acid and to particles of polylactic acid prepared by the preparation method. The method for preparing particles of polylactic acid comprises the steps of dissolving polylactic acid into acetone; and adding a nonsolvent to the acetone in which the polylactic acid is dissolved, and precipitating particles of polylactic acid. |
