PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly lubricate and cool each of seal parts of primary-side and secondary-side mechanical seals.SOLUTION: Seal liquid circulating supplying means 5 includes a first cooling space C1, a second cooling space C2, a third cooling space C3, a relay space C4, a cooling passage C5 and a communication passage C6 formed by a part of a seal liquid region C, a header space 24, a communication passage 25 for allowing seal liquid 5a to flow from the header space 24 to the first cooling space C1, a liquid supply passage 36 for supplying the seal liquid 5a to the header space 24, a liquid discharge passage 37 for discharging the seal liquid 5a from the third cooling space C3, and a swirl flow channel 39 provided with a swirl flow channel port 39a and a weir 39b, formed in a seal case 6, and a pumping passage 40 at a rotating shaft 2 side, opened to the relay space C4 and the swirl flow channel 39. As the seal liquid 5a is allowed to circulate and flow from the liquid supply passage 36 to the liquid discharge passage 37 through the seal liquid region C, seal parts of both mechanical seals 3, 4 can be lubricated and cooled. |
