<p>The present invention relates to a method and a system for retrofitting an electric drive on a stabilizer leg (1) attached to a vehicle. The system comprises an electrical drive (7) comprising an electric motor accommodated in a motor housing part (8) and connected via a flexible transmission (9) to a drive member (10) in a drive part (11). The drive member (10) has thickness and a through aperture (12) adapted for engagement with the predetermined cross-sectional shape of the engagement member (5), and the thickness of the drive member (10) is less than the length of the engagement member (5). The drive member (10) is fitted over the engagement member (5) along a part of the length of the engagement member (5), so as to leave at least some of said length of the engagement member (5) protruding through the drive member (10). A retrofitted vehicle is thus provided.</p> |
