PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entrusted operation management system that makes it possible to confirm completion of implementation of an operation subsequent to completion of an operation relating to an operation change request.SOLUTION: A first user device comprises: operation transmission means that transmits a series of entrusted operations to a second user device; and operation change request transmission means that transmits an operation change request for all or part of the entrusted operations to the second user device. The second user device comprises: operation receiving means that receives the entrusted operations; operation change request receiving means that receives the operation change request; operation history storage means that stores the implemented operation along with an implementation day; operation change history storage means that stores a changed content of the operation along with an implementation day of operation change; and operation association means that associates the changed content of the operation stored in the operation change history storage means with an operation which is stored in the operation history storage means and corresponds to the operation change content. |
