A voltage generator comprises: a first pump for generating a first voltage in response to a first clock signal to be outputted to a first node; a second pump for generating a second voltage in response to the first clock signal to be outputted to a second node; a third pump for generating a third voltage in response to the first clock signal to be outputted to the first and second nodes; a first switch configured to transfer the third voltage to the first node in response to a first control signal; and a second switch configured to transfer the third voltage to the second node in response to a second control signal, wherein the first pump has a first driving force, the second pump has a second driving force, and the third pump has a third driving force that is larger than the first and second driving forces. |
