FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: air cooling unit is suggested, it contains heat exchange sections with distribution chambers and nozzles, shutters, fan with electric drive, diffuser, at that the heat exchange sections are made out of connected in pairs corrugated plates making packages of tight channels for the cooling flow and cooled product flow passage, at that along the package of tight channels for cooling air passage at least one or more rows of the transverse planks is rigidly secured, they are connected by plate with the diffuser, so the air flow supplied by the fan is divided to two equal parts ensuring more uniform air distribution, and more intensive heat exchange.EFFECT: reduced operation expenses, dimensions and required space for the unit field installation, increased operation reliability.2 dwg |
