A composite deionization apparatus according to the present invention comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, an isolation layer structure, and a power supply device, wherein the first electrode includes a metal compound; the second electrode includes a carbon-based material; the isolation layer structure is arranged between the first and second electrodes; and the power supply device is electrically connected to the first and second electrodes. According to the present invention, by adopting electrodes formed of different materials, the composite deionization apparatus can selectively deionize a large volume of saline water. |
