The invention relates to a tester for testing the sweat resistance and the rubbing resistance of closed-fit metal accessories of underwear. The tester is characterized by comprising a mechanical transmission mechanism and a rubbing testing mechanism, wherein the mechanical transmission mechanism comprises a stand, a motor, two groups of sliding block rotation mechanisms and a transmission mechanism; the rubbing testing mechanism comprises a rubbing combination mechanism and a friction block; the motor is arranged at the lower part of the stand; the transmission mechanism comprises an eccentric wheel and a rotating pin arranged at the edge of the eccentric wheel; the eccentric wheel is horizontally arranged on the motor and vertically arranged at the upper end of a deflection transmission shaft; the friction block is connected with the eccentric wheel by the rotating pin; each sliding block rotation mechanism comprises a sliding rail and a sliding block arranged on the sliding rail; the sliding rails and the eccentric wheel are arranged at the same horizontal position; the friction block of the rubbing testing mechanism is fixed on the two sliding blocks. After the tester is used, the attachment condition of a plating layer of the closed-fit metal accessories of the underwear can be simulated under the conditions of sweat erosion, washing and rubbing, so that the abrasion degree of the plating layer of the underwear in the human body wearing process and the washing process can be quantificationally and objectively reflected. |
