PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing abalone hydrolysate for preventing and treating inflammatory diseases in an immune system is provided to suppress NF-kappaB intranuclear transition and activation. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating inflammatory diseases in an immune system contains abalone hydrolysate as an active ingredient. The abalone hydrolysate is abalone muscle or intestine hydrolysate. The abalone hydrolysate is prepared by primary hydrolysis of the intestine of abalone and secondary hydrolysis of intestine. A neutraceutical food composition for preventing and treating inflammatory diseases contains the hydrolysate as an active ingredient.
