The invention relates to a method for producing nonslip floor coverings made from mineral materials such as natural stone, fine stoneware, artificial stone or ceramics. The inventive method is carried out in two stages. In the first stage, micro-craters, which are invisible to the human eye, are created and statistically distributed on the surface of the floor coverings or slabs by means of pulsed laser bombardment. According to the invention, the surface of the floor coverings or slabs thus obtained is subsequently subjected to hydromechanical post-treatment. |
