METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WHISKY

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing whisky using zeolite. More specifically, quality of whisky is improved by removing and reducing un-ripened ingredients of the whisky. According to the present invention, the method includes a first step of preparing whisky, containing alcohol, and zeolite; a second step of washing the zeolite; a third step of drying the washed zeolite; and a fourth step of ripening the whisky after adding the zeolite into the whisky.
