A level conversion module, an array substrate and a display device, the level conversion module comprising: a first level forward phase input terminal, a first level reverse phase input terminal, a second level forward phase output terminal, a second level reverse phase output terminal, a level state transfer unit and a second level driving unit. The level state transfer unit receives a first level input by the first level forward phase input terminal and the first level reverse phase input terminal, and transfers the high/low state of the input level to the second level driving unit; and according to the high/low state of the input level, the second level driving unit outputs a second level of the corresponding state to the second level forward phase output terminal and the second level reverse phase output terminal, wherein the first level is unequal to the second level.
