The invention relates to solid orodispersible pharmaceutical compositions for orally administering melatonin, without having to simultaneously drink liquid and without problems of deglutition, which use crospovidone as the main agglutinant and allow high doses of melatonin and other active substances such as vitamin E and tryptophan to be included in smaller tablets produced by means of direct compression.
