1. A computationally-implemented method, comprising:
acquiring data that regards at least one feature of an entity that is designated for coverage by one or more terms of service; associating the one or more terms of service with a privacy beacon configured to be detected in an image when the at least one feature of the entity is captured in the image; and providing the terms of service to a capture entity associated with a device that captured a captured image that includes the privacy beacon, in response to an indication that the privacy beacon has been detected.
