<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack management system and a device that are able to notify a user of performing maintenance of a battery pack at appropriate time before the battery pack cannot be used.SOLUTION: A battery pack management system comprises: a battery pack information acquisition unit (communication unit 410) for acquiring battery pack information on a battery pack; a calculation unit 420 for calculating a value resulting from variation of characteristics of a plurality of battery blocks included in the battery pack on the basis of the battery pack information acquired by the battery pack information acquisition unit (communication unit 410); a determination unit 430 for determining whether maintenance of the battery pack is necessary on the basis of the value resulting from variation calculated by the calculation unit 420; and a notification unit (communication unit 440) for notifying a person related to the battery pack of information on the battery pack if the determination unit 430 has determined maintenance is necessary.</p> |
