PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal porous body which can be produced by a process suitable for continuous production at a low production cost and is excellent in heat resistance and mechanical strength to the same degree as a metal porous body composed of a nickel-chromium alloy.SOLUTION: There is provided a metal porous body having a three-dimensional network structure which contains nickel, tin and iron, wherein the content of the tin is 1 mass% more and 25 mass% or less and the content of the iron is 5 mass% or more and 25 mass% or less.
