Data is transmitted from the transmitter to the receiver at a rate based on the calculated available buffer capacity. Upon detecting a threshold condition, the method switches to a second mode. The second mode involves sending transmit data in formation to the receiver, and updating the buffer output information based on the transmit data information. |
