<p>A cell culture process for production of glycoprotein composition with increased galactosylation content while maintaining specific productivity is provided. The process involves culturing cells at high pCO 2 and subjecting cells to temperature downshift to obtain a glycoprotein with specific glycoprotein composition.</p>
