An arrhythmia detection device, comprising: an ultrasound probe (22) fastened on the body surface of an object under test, and used to conduct ultrasound scan monitoring on the heart of the object under test; a monitoring probe (20) for probing ECG parameters of the object under test; an ultrasound function module (12) for receiving a cardiac ultrasound signal obtained by the ultrasound probe (22); a monitoring function module (10) for acquiring the ECG parameters of the object under test; an ultrasound information display unit (32) for displaying cardiac ultrasound parameters; a monitoring information display unit (30) for displaying the ECG parameters; and an arrhythmia trigger module (17) for triggering the ultrasound function module (12) to conduct ultrasound scan monitoring via the ultrasound probe (22) on the heart of the object under test.
