The present invention describes the production and the final product of a thermo-acoustic sheet of three layers formed by 2-two layers of polymer and 1-one layer of an insulator, in which the central layer is mainly formed by PVC and micro air bubbles and the inner and outer layers formed by PVC in white color with high-tech additives, as defined in the description, thus obtaining a corrosion-resistant product with a higher capacity for insulating noise and temperature.
