PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily forming a stereo face mask having tabs of mutually transversely asymmetric shapes.SOLUTION: Two portions, as opposed across a widthwise central part, of a sheet body 111 are cut out in the shape excepting the proximal portions of a tab 211 and a tab 221, and the sheet body 111 is folded at the center into halves. Next, the sheet body 111 is cut along such a cutting line that a front end part 16 and a part facing the periphery of a face continue excepting the base portions of the tab 211 and the tab 221, and the range of the front end part 16 excepting the portions, in which nostrils 16 and a mouth 12 face each other, in a predetermined width. |
