<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of unevenness in temperature in a fixing member.SOLUTION: A fixing unit includes a fixing belt 61 that fixes a toner image on a recording material, a pressure roll that forms, with the fixing belt 61, a nip part for the recording material holding an unfixed toner image to pass through, a heater 81 that has a heating layer having a predetermined pattern shape and generating heat upon energization and heats the fixing belt 61, a support member 82 that supports the heater 81 along the inner peripheral surface of the fixing belt 61; and a heat diffusion unit plate 83 that is arranged opposite to the support member 82 across the heater 81 and diffuses the heat from the heater 81 and transmits the heat to the fixing belt 61.</p> |
