PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a word or a phrase capable of becoming a dangerous expression by relying on a specific theme or depending on a specific theme and a specific period.SOLUTION: This invention provides a technique for detecting an expression capable of becoming a dangerous expression by relying on a specific theme and the technique includes: acquiring a subset of text data associated with a specific theme and arbitrary specific period information from text data for learning; extracting the text data having negative information from the acquired subset; and extracting from the extracted text data (1) a word or a phrase with high correlation to the extracted text data or (2) a word or a phrase with high frequency of appearance in the extracted text data as the expression capable of becoming the dangerous expression by relying on the specific theme.
