<p>This invention is about a poultry feed using expander and more specifically about the poultry feed using expander to improve the usage of low-priced materials, poultry feed preference, and meat quality by expanding different raw materials with high temperature and pressure when producing the poultry feed and then mixing them in order to reduce the process and enhance the production efficiency as well as digestion rate. The poultry feed using expander of this invention includes the soybean cake of 45-50; repeseed meal of 3-4; palm kernel expeller of 15-16; palm kernel expeller of 15-16; rice bran of 5-6; and limestone of 3-4 part by weight on the basis of the corn of 100 part by weight and features that the corn, soybean cake, repeseed meal, palm kernel expeller, distillers dried grains, and coconut meal are ground in 2-4 mm, and supplied to the expander for single expansion at the temperature of 160-180°C and pressure of 3.5~4 kg/m^2 for 2-4 seconds and then mixed to achieve the digestion rate of 80-95%.</p> |
