<p>The method involves utilizing suspension and/or dispersion of a micro- or nano particle for relaxation behavior-determination, where the micro- or nano particle has an optical anisotropy. Linear, polarized and non polarized light is radiated in the suspension and/or the dispersion. The light that is either emitted by stimulation or directly received in a radiation-direction by absorption from the suspension and/or the dispersion is subjected to an Opto-metric analysis. An independent claim is also included for a device for executing a method for molecular detection of micro- or nano particle.</p> |
