PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device of a mobile body for operation with relatively simple configuration and control, which can follow a movement of the mobile body for operation and illuminate an illumination object position of a stationary body constantly.SOLUTION: A control unit 3B of a lighting device comprises: a virtual target setting function part 3B1 for positioning a mobile body for operation to a predetermined position and setting a virtual target position on a reference line, which directs and extends to the target position from a reference position set in a main body, to the target position corresponding to an illumination object position in a state in which the illumination object position of a stationary body is illuminated with illumination light emitted from light emitting means of the main body of the lighting device; and a posture control function part 3B2 for controlling a posture of the main body so that an illumination reference line extending from the reference position of the main body in response to an illuminating direction of the illumination light is constantly directed to the virtual target position while following a movement of the mobile body for operation from a state in which the virtual target position has been set.
