PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and the like capable of suppressing transmission delay.SOLUTION: An information processor has: an image memory; a drawing part; a detection part; a division part; a generation part; a change part; an acquisition part; and a selection part. The image memory stores an image to be displayed on a terminal. The drawing part draws a processing result in the image memory. The detection part detects an update area of the image to be drawn in the image memory. The division part divides the image of the detected update area when a usable band is equal to or less than a predetermined value. The generation part, when the division data in which the image is divided is transmitted, generates weight insertion data by inserting weights among the respective pieces of division data. The change part changes the weights. The acquisition part transmits the weight insertion data to the terminal, and acquires the usable band and display update speed for every weight. The selection part, when there is a weight of which the usable band increases, and the display update speed is raised in comparison with the case when the weight is not inserted, selects the weight. |
