PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing roller configured to improve the effect of preventing increase in resistivity even when mounted on a high-speed image forming apparatus, while preventing developer leakage and forming a high-quality image, a developing apparatus, and an image forming apparatus configured to form a high-quality image for a long time without causing developer leakage substantially.SOLUTION: A developing roller 1 includes a shaft body 2 and an elastic layer 3 arranged on an outer periphery of the shaft body 2. The elastic layer 3 is formed of silicone rubber containing a conductive agent and metal silicon. A developing apparatus including the developing roller 1, and an image forming apparatus are also provided. |
