PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a carbon nano structure which enables production of a high-quality carbon nano structure with high efficiency.SOLUTION: A method of producing a carbon nano structure is based on supplying a raw material gas to a catalyst and growing a carbon nano structure by chemical vapor deposition, and a gas X which is originated from the raw material gas and comes in contact with the catalyst contains hydrocarbons A having at least one vinylacetylene skeleton, in a total volume concentration [A] of the hydrocarbons A of 0.3% or higher. |
