PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the moving condition of a mobile to be properly grasped without giving a sense of incompatibility to a user when the traffic line of the mobile is displayed while being superimposed on a real-time picture.SOLUTION: A mobile tracing device that acquires traffic line information on the basis of detection position information obtained by detecting a mobile from a real-time picture of a monitor target area in order to display, on a monitor 7, a screen on which the traffic line of the mobile is superimposed on the real-time picture of the monitor target area has a mobile detector 22 for detecting the mobile from the picture and outputting the detection position information, a settled traffic line generator 23 for generating a settled traffic line optimized as a moving route of the mobile, a provisional traffic line generator 24 for generating a provisional traffic line for interpolating an unsettled section between the substantially latest detection position based on the detection position information and the end point of the settled traffic line, and a traffic line information acquiring unit 25 for acquiring traffic line information on an integrated traffic line obtained by integrating the settled traffic line and the provisional traffic line.
