<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning system that performs cleaning of a transaction device equipped with a touch panel after automatically switching the transaction device to a cleaning mode.SOLUTION: In a cleaning supporting system, a transaction device (10) to be cleaned comprises at least cleaning tool recognition means for recognizing a cleaning tool (20) for cleaning the transaction device by receiving a signal from an identification tag (21) which is a non-contact type provided on the cleaning tool, and operation mode switching means for switching an operation mode to a cleaning mode for a period of time when the cleaning tool is being recognized by the recognition means.</p> |
