PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency unlocking device of a vehicle in which structure simplification and downsizing of the whole device can be achieved.SOLUTION: In an emergency unlocking device of a vehicle, which is configured to have a smart module unit 50 including a lid opening structure 90 for opening lids 16, 25 provided at the vehicle, a lid open nob lock structure 70 for locking operation of a lid open knob 60 that actuates the lid opening structure 90, and an operation knob 51 of an ignition switch 54 for turning the power source of the vehicle on and off, and to allow rotation operation of the operation knob 51 accompanied with electronic authentication between a vehicle-side control unit 101 and an electronic key 100, an emergency unlocking structure 201 which can operate directly the lid opening structure 90 with using an emergency key 200 that is a separate and independent key from the electronic key 100 is provided. |
