PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a sliding member which has excellent abrasion resistance, even lower molding shrinkage factor, and furthermore hardly hurts an opposite material sliding with each other.SOLUTION: A resin composition for a sliding member contains amorphous resin, scaly graphite, and carbon fiber, in which content of the scaly graphite is 5 to 40 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the amorphous resin, and content of the carbon fiber is 5 to 60 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the amorphous resin. It is preferable that the resin composition for a sliding member contains liquid crystal polyester or tabular filler other than the scaly graphite. |
