PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of reducing a burden on an examiner in an angle analysis using an anterior eye segment OCT.SOLUTION: In an anterior eye segment OCT1, a local image (see (a) in the figure) including an angle of an anterior eye segment Ec is acquired from two-dimensional tomographic images in first SS position specific processing, and a candidate edge line serving as a candidate of a sclera-uvea edge line showing a boundary between sclera and uvea in the anterior eye segment is extracted from a predetermined area of this local image (see (b)-(c) in the figure). Then, the sclera-uvea edge line is specified based on luminance gradient information of the extracted candidate edge line (see (d) in the figure). Accordingly, for example, a specified sclera-uvea edge line is displayed, and thereby an intersection point between, a cornea posterior surface and an iris front surface in the periphery of the angle, and the displayed sclera-uvea edge line, displayed in a relatively easily visible mode in each two-dimensional tomographic image is used as the SS position, and a point input by an examiner becomes possible. |
