PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas treatment device that enables the consecutive observation of the back pressure generated in a filter for an exhaust gas flow.SOLUTION: An annular gap is formed between a particle filter and an inner housing in a radial direction, the annular gap is coupled fluidly to an area formed between an oxidation catalyst and the particle filter, and a back pressure measurement point is provided in the annular gap.
