METHOD FOR CONNECTING RADIO LINK IN THE CASE WHERE NON-MOVING STATE IS DETERMINED BY USING MOVEMENT DETECTION SENSOR, MOBILE TERMINAL AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for connecting a radio link by detecting a wireless network that becomes a data offload destination, while suppressing power consumption as further as possible, a mobile terminal and a program.SOLUTION: The method includes: a first step of activating both a radio communication part and a movement detection sensor when a user interface is started; a second step of detecting an access point of a desired connection destination by scanning the periphery of the radio communication part, and determining whether the terminal is in a non-moving state in accordance with data from the movement detection sensor; a third step of detecting the access point of the desired connection destination which is detected before by scanning the radio communication part, again after the lapse of a predetermined standby time when it is determined that the terminal is in the non-moving state, and determining whether the terminal is in the non-moving state in accordance with the data from the movement detection sensor; and a fourth step of causing the radio communication part to connect the radio link to the access point of the desired connection destination when it is determined that the terminal is in the non-moving state.
