PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collection device of an identification object that allows easy collection and observation of the identification object and is appropriate for storage of the identification object.SOLUTION: A case body 2 including, on the inner bottom surface 7a, an adhesion section 5 for adhesively collecting an identification object, and a lid body 3 openably/closably supported by the case body 2 are integrally molded using a transparent synthetic resin. The lid body 3 includes an engagement section 10 that engages with the inner peripheral surface 7b of the case body 2, and a lid-body-side recessed section 11 forming a storage space for storing the identification object. After the identification object is adhesively collected, the engagement section 10 of the lid body 3 is engaged with the case body 2 to seal the identification object in the storage space, and the observation and storage of the identification object in this state is enabled.
