FIELD: automotive industry.SUBSTANCE: laminated sheet is used, having a predetermined length and obtained by laminating: a sheet made of thermoplastic resin or a composition based on thermoplastic resin obtained by blending the thermoplastic resin and the elastomer; and rubber vulcanized and fixed adhesively to the thermoplastic resin or the composition based on thermoplastic resin. The inner layer is formed from the laminated sheet which passed the step of the tire vulcanization in the mould with overlap joining the end parts of the laminated sheet. The sheet made from the thermoplastic resin or the composition based on the thermoplastic resin obtained by mixing the thermoplastic resin and the elastomer is cut to a predetermined length.
