The present invention relates to a high concentration organic or high salinity waste water treating device and a treating method using the same. The high concentration organic or high salinity waste water treating device comprises: aeration reaction tank for treating high concentration organic or high salinity waste water at 40-60°C through high temperature microorganisms; an air diffusion pipe for produce fine air bubble by being provided with air from a blower installed in the outside of the aeration reaction tank; and a precipitation tank receiving treated water treated from the aeration reaction tank, separating the same into microorganisms sludge and clean liquid, returning the microorganism sludge to the aeration reaction tank, and discharging the clean liquid. The treating method comprises the steps of: reacting high concentration organic or high salinity waste water at 40-60°C in an aeration reaction tank in which high temperature microorganisms are seeded; being provided with air from a blower installed in the outside of the aeration reaction tank and converting the air into fine air bubbles through an acoustic resonance air diffusion pipe; and transferring the waste water treated from the aeration reaction tank to a precipitation tank to return microorganisms sludge to the aeration reaction tank and discharge clean liquid. |
