PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical measuring method and the like that enable the influences of errors due to speckle noise of OCT to be reduced and objects of measurement to be accurately measured.SOLUTION: By an optical measuring method, the spectrum of interference light formed by interference between backward reflection light from a measurement object and reference light is acquired, a two-dimensional reflectance image of the measurement object is created by OCT on the basis of the interference light spectrum, the boundaries in the reflectance image between an area occupied by each of multiple tissues in the measurement object and the multiple tissues are extracted, an analysis object range and a space averaging range are set on the basis of the areas and the boundaries, the concentration distribution of constituents in each of the multiple tissues is calculated by spectral OCT on the basis of the analysis object range and the space averaging range, and types of the tissues are classified on the basis of the areas and the calculated concentration distribution of constituents to generate a tissue classification image. |
