PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of immediately reading a program to be executed to start execution of processing while allowing storage means for storing image information to store programs.SOLUTION: A program executed by an MPU 181 of a display control device 81 is stored in a character ROM 187 for storing image data. The character ROM 187 includes a NAND type flush memory 187a, and a NOR type ROM 187d. The NAND type flush memory 187a stores the image data and most programs. Contrarily, the NOR type ROM 187d stores a part of boot programs. After system reset cancellation, when the MPU 181 designates an initial address to an internal bus, a ROM controller 187b sets the boot programs to a buffer RAM 187c from the NOR type ROM 187d. |
