<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily operate a bulletin object even when its size changes so as to enhance a bulletin effect and prevent beauty in the periphery of the bulletin object from being spoiled, in the operation such as bulletining/removing the bulletin object on/from a bulletin board.SOLUTION: A lower side and both side surfaces of a transparent plastic film are fastened on a substrate material 2 having rigidity to form a pocket 3, both side surfaces of a transparent plastic film are fastened above this pocket 3 to form a band 4, and a bulletin object 6 is inserted between the pocket 3 and the substrate material 2 through the back side of the band 4 to be bulletined. A plurality of pockets 3 and a plurality of bands 4 are vertically arranged. The band 4 is arranged so as not to overlap with an upper side of the pocket 3.</p> |
