PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing conductive powder excellent in conductivity and having a low volume resistivity.SOLUTION: Under presence of lithium transition metal composite oxide particles (C) containing one kind or more of metal (A) selected from a group consisting of iron, cobalt and nickel, and lithium (B), and in an atmosphere of oxygen concentration of 1 vol.% or less, a carbon fiber precursor (D) is brought into contact reaction, and carbon fibers (E) are grown on the surface of the lithium transition metal composite oxide particles (C), in the production method of conductive powder. |
