PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure equal elapsed time among target packets in a transmission network, which is required to pass the transmission network even when the packets are received from any users in different geographical locations.SOLUTION: In a transmission network, delay equalization control devices 2-1, 2-2 provide time stamp information including a time to a packet which enters the network. A delay equalization control device 2-3 calculates a time to be delayed in the network based on the time of the time stamp information provided to the packet which exits the network, and sends the packet after stopping the packet for the calculated time. |
