An injection preparation provided with: an aqueous composition containing pemetrexed or a salt thereof, an antioxidant that is at least one selected from the group consisting of ascorbic acid, an ascorbic acide derivative, and salts thereof in a content of from 0.0001 to 0.5 mass% in terms of ascorbic acid relative to the total mass of the aqueous composition, and 50 mass% or more aqueous solvent relative to the total mass of the aqueous composition; and a container enclosing the aqueous composition, the oxygen concentration in the gas inside the container enclosing the aqueous composition being 0.2 vol% or lower, and a method for producing the same. |
