An integrated resource management portion (202) prepares in advance for each application program a plurality of containers (310) which manage portions of resources (311a, 311b, 311c) and offer these as virtual resources. In response to a prescribed request issued in relation to any tenant, from tenants (300a, 300b) set up in advance in order to partition the resources being used, the integrated resource management portion offers a container selected from the plurality of containers to the requesting tenant. In the container offered to the requesting tenant by the integrated resource management portion, the portion of resources, from all the resources, allocated in advance to the application program specified by the prescribed request may in some cases be set to a volume that is less than the specified usage volume. |
