<p>An oral hygiene instrument (100) is described herein. The instrument (100) includes an elongate, generally planar, tape-like body (110) including a cleaning area on a first major surface (112) thereof. The instrument has a fastening arrangement configured to secure the body (110) in position after wrapping it around a suitable carrier such as a user's finger, for example by securing a portion of a second major surface (114) of the body (110) back onto the first (112). The cleaning area defines a plurality of resiliently flexible bristles (120) and the instrument has an oral hygiene agent (130) deposited on one or more of the first major surface (112), cleaning area and bristles (120) which may be activated upon contact with water or other liquid.</p> |
