A loop antenna comprises a radiating element (110) and a ground plane (100). The radiating element comprises first (101), second (102) and third (103) parts extending one in front of the other in such a way that: the first part is substantially in the form of a plate parallel to the ground plane; the second part, butting the first part and inclined towards the ground plane according to a first obtuse angle, is substantially in the form of a plate; the third part, butting the first part away from the second part and inclined towards the ground plane according to a second obtuse angle, is substantially in the form of a plate. The radiating element also comprises a fourth part (104), in the form of a strip extending between the third part and the ground plane, producing a short-circuit. The loop antenna is intended to be fed via an end of said second part opposite said first part.
