PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device performing charge and discharge control which is less likely to cause performance degradation of power storage elements.SOLUTION: A power storage device includes one or a plurality of power storage elements consisting of a positive electrode and a negative electrode, and a control section for controlling the power storage elements. The negative electrode active material of the power storage elements contains at least graphite. The control section diagnoses in which of the positive electrode or negative electrode the reaction rate is limiting, based on the discharge curve when first discharge is performed and the discharge curve when second discharge is performed at a discharge rate lower than that in the first discharge, and sets an operation range of the power storage elements depending on the results of diagnosis. |
